No smoking please. A small pet may be allowed with a non-refundable pet fee.

Note: We try to keep our rental rates competitive, so if you find a lesser rate for
a comparable home on Sanibel, please let us know. We will make every effort to
match the lowest price and to provide you with the best value for your vacation.

The rental rates listed above are rent
for 4 weeks, usually Saturday to Saturday.
Bookings for low-season dates, or for more
than a month may be more flexible on start and end dates.

11% FL and Lee County Rental taxes will
be added to any stay less than 6 months.
A Refundable Security Deposit will
be an additional expense for all rentals.

* During off-season, the least costly month is
September, while the most expensive month is November.

All rentals subject to prior rental and must be booked
with a reservation payment to reserve the booking.
Please ask us for our Courtesy hold, available during payment arrangements.

Please remember that the City of Sanibel requires a 28 night
minimum rental for all private homes (4 weeks).
Sorry, but we may not be able to answer email requests
for less than 28 nights due to our time constraints.
